So I'm a recent graduate with a BFA and an MFA. Since graduating in 2020 I've been unable to find work other then casual waitressing. But now I have my first "proper" interview at a pretty prestigious art gallery in the next town over. It's a much better and bigger town then the one I'm in. I'm dying to get the job and want it more then I've wanted anything since my MFA exam day. The job is for a Visitor Guide at the gallery. So my role would involve caring for the exhibitions, leading groups of visitors around and providing information about the gallery and works. It could be a foothold into the organisation. The email says that the interview questions will be mainly Behavioural. I'm doing research and have practiced with a careers coach. But wondering if anyone here has insights into how you answered behavioural job interview questions and were successful? How did you make sure you stood out? Any career path, it doesn't necessarily have to be at an art gallery. I'd really appreciate it.

Typically, applicants for general manager jobs have a great deal of management experience in the food service industry. Per Glassdoor, general managers earn an average annual salary of $89, 240.
